Williamsville East FBLA is about to have its craziest month of the year. With the State Leadership Conference (SLC) being only a month away, FBLA is becoming busier and more eventful as members begin to prepare for the competition.

Williamsville East FBLA is getting prepared for its biggest event of the year. With so many members attending this year’s competition in Rochester, our chapter is getting ready to bring back that first place chapter trophy to our school. This month, our main focus will be to work hard and dedicate much time to preparing for our events to ensure our best possible performance at the competition.

The Williamsville East FBLA chapter is known as one of the best chapters that attend this annual competition, frequently placing among the top schools in all of New York State. As a result, we maintain an extremely high standard for all of our competitors, expecting high placements all around the board. This year, to help members better prepare for the competition, we will be holding mock exams and judged events that will be graded by officers to help members improve their performances.

We are also holding something never done before. An FBLA Week! With many spirit days and events, this week will be filled with fun and valuable leadership experiences. Everyone is encouraged to participate! Some of the events we plan on hosting are a Guest Speaker Night, March of Dimes Fundraiser, Shark Tank competition, FBLA Sweatshirt Day, and more. These events will be happening from March 20-24, so be sure to mark these events down in your calendar!

With a busy upcoming month, make sure to keep yourself updated on FBLA with the FBLA Google Classroom or the bulletin board in the business office.
