I’d like to first thank the Math Department for selecting me as the February TORCH recipient. I am truly grateful and appreciative for being selected and will always carry the Torch as I continue my career here at East. 
 But now it is time for me to pass the TORCH onto our next recipients, our building subs – Mrs. Szymendera, Mrs. Dinezza, and Mr. Morog. These three great individuals have been instrumental in helping with the day-to-day operations in our building. They can step into any classroom and offer their support in multiple subjects, work with our students, and have built strong, lasting relationships with them. From filling in for teachers, assisting with aide coverage, or helping with various tasks in the building, Mrs. Szymendera, Mrs. Dinezza, and Mr. Morog, have become a fabric of the East community. Please join me in congratulating them as our March TORCH Recipients.
