Starting Monday, January 21st, the Class of 2024 officers have been holding Muffin Mondays, where muffins are sold before and after school in the commons. Flavors include chocolate chip, blueberry, and lemon poppyseed. Muffins are $1.00 each. All proceeds will go to funding the senior class’s prom in June.
Class Vice President Tulesi Suresh reported that they will be trying to host Muffin Monday every week. The senior prom is going to be held at Rich’s Atrium in the city of Buffalo on June 14th from 6:30-10:30 PM, and post-prom will be at Buffalo Battlegrounds afterwards. In addition, graduation is to be held on June 27th at 5 PM on the athletic field. In the event of rain, graduation will either be moved to the 28th on the athletic field, or remain the 27th and instead take place in the gym. An official announcement will be made soon. Hopefully, you’ve already ordered your cap and gown and will be ready to walk across the stage to receive your diploma!
Additionally, keep your eyes peeled for possible senior prizes and other events taking place closer to the end of the school year.
