Stand Up Stand Out, otherwise known as SUSO, is an anti-bullying club at East that focuses on a positive school environment. New members are always welcome. Mrs. Fey Daly is the advisor of the club, which meet in her room in the third floor social studies department. Emma Schapp and Jeff Terragnoli are the two club Presidents, Miranda Weiss and Rachel Bengart are Vice Presidents, Arianna Wagar is the club’s Secretary, and Victoria Getman is the Treasurer. SUSO will be sponsoring a blue ribbon week soon, which focuses on bullying and what students can do about it. SUSO will also be participating in the Transit Middle School Community Day. For more information about the club and any other events coming up, pay attention to the announcements during the day. Anyone is welcome to join.
