Imagine the most beautiful nightmare you’ve ever had. That’s the best way to describe Ridley Scott’s 1982 Blade Runner.

As it is advertised as a feminist coming of age film, most of Moxie’s audience are coming from exceptional movies like Booksmart, Lady Bird, and, Eighth Grade, which all are undoubtedly realistic in their portrayals of young women’s journey to self discovery.

So how good is the movie, exactly, when the accolades are more relevant than the actual plot? And, if I daresay, how exactly did it win so many awards?

In Psych, Shawn Spencer, played by James Roday, uses his observational skills and a photographic-like memory to convince his local police station that he’s a Psychic.

I decided to rewatch the movie for old time's sake and figure out what went wrong in the movie compared to the book, and more importantly what future watchers might hope to see differently in the upcoming show.

Nanno’s back. Girl from Nowhere’s second season premiered on May 7th, following the success of Season 1 in 2018. It’s a Thai Netflix show featuring Nanno, a mysterious girl who transfers from school to school in order to weed out the corruption of the system or of the students. She spreads karma, proving that the academic environment is not as pure as it may seem, also often in destructive or violent ways. Each of the individual cases is unrelated, but even more intriguing is the fact that every one of them is based on real stories from Thailand.

Dino999z, the creator of Vincent: The Secret of Myers and Morfosi, presents you with a visual novel game called Therapy with Dr. Albert Krueger. Here you play as Taylor Lee, a college-age student who finds themself in a dream therapy session with Dr. Albert Krueger, the CEO of Krueger Health Solutions Corporation. However, there is one huge problem with this. Taylor doesn’t recall ever signing up for this session.

Sleepless is radically different from past albums while still staying true to the kind of beautiful work that Palm Reader has been putting out since 2010. This album is a landscape and a feeling.

Surrounded by a well-deserved hype, Within Each Lies the Other will find fans in many different musical communities for its artful combination of styles.
