Barbie was expected by voters to win more awards but Poor Things stole the spotlight, leaving Barbie with two awards.

Many fans were disappointed, saying that it was still a ‘man’s world’. However, a new category was awarded this year to Barbie, for most cinematic and box office achievement. This award goes to a film that was very popular and was widely seen, selling the most tickets. Overall, the awards went well and many deserving nominees won awards they worked hard for.
