Miley Cyrus recently began her Bangerz tour, starting on February 14th in Vancouver, Canada. This tour is based on Miley’s evolution into a new person basically. Bangerz is very different from Miley’s old tours, which were based on her double life of being Miley Cyrus and Hannah Montana. She has long since dropped the role of Hannah Montana.
This tour has been anything but Hannah Montana and leading a double life. This is all about Miley and who she has become. People could have predicted how crazy and dramatic the concert would be, but they couldn’t have possibly imagined the extent of it and how eccentric it would be until the tour began.
The wardrobe for her concerts consist of lots of leotards and a lot of skin showing. These costumes are quite racy. There’s a lot on half tops and short bathing suit type bottoms. To say this isn’t the most appropriate outfit would be an understatement, but considering her recent performances before the tour began, it’s not so surprising. Her background dancers are dressed in very colorful outfits, but not as racy or eccentric as Miley’s, which is of course to be expected. There are even dancing bears which comes from some on her recent performances pre tour.
Miley also has interesting props and backgrounds. At one point in the concert Miley came on stage from a slide made to look like her tongue coming out of a picture of her mouth. We all know Miley really like to stick out her tongue which is where this entrance was inspired from. At another point Miley was seen riding a hot dog throughout the arena she was performing at and even dancing on top on a car.
This concert is all about expecting the unexpected. It seems as though Miley does something different and extravagant at every show she performs at. She was even caught kissing people attending the concert including Katy Perry and most recently a random fan.
Lots of people have been questioning if Miley’s concerts are a little too risque while others are saying let her do her. It all depends on the fan attending and what they’re really expecting. It sounds like something that you really have to experience in order to fully understand the extent of the craziness of the concert. Whoever is attending her future concerts is sure in for a treat and a night to remember.
