Get ready for musical season, East! Our spring of 2024 musical will be Mamma Mia, a production using ABBA’s greatest hits to tell the story of Sophie, a 20-year-old girl trying to find out who her father is at her wedding on a Greek island. It’s fun, it’s upbeat, and the show will surely be stunning.

From fundraisers to clubs, there's a lot going on at East as the holiday season starts to roll around! Here's a glance over everything to keep tabs on.

The girl's tennis team has had their best season ever. The girl's team went from winning the Section to driving to New York City to compete in the States tennis tournament. This season will be one to remember, and let's take a look at how they reached their point in qualifying and making it to states.

On Friday, November 3rd, the East Side News hosted its very first Coffeehouse of the year--and the first ever without the pit. The night’s theme was Italian Night. Much like last year's Asian Fusion Night, Italian Night featured Italian dishes, especially pasta. Combined with a casual open mic starring an arrangement of acts, the night was fun, laid-back, and a great kickoff to November.

As school resumes and routines settle into place, clubs have become a popular addition to everyone's schedule. Not only do they provide opportunities for social interaction and skill development, but also enhance the overall high school experience.

District 12 of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) recently held its Fall District Meeting at Williamsville East High School on October 15, 2023. This event marked the first conference of the year, bringing together FBLA members from throughout the district for a day filled with helpful and exciting workshops and sessions. It was an excellent opportunity for members to connect, learn, and take their involvement in FBLA to the next level.
