As you may or may not know, American Horror Story is a horror (you guessed it) TV show that airs on FX. This past Wednesday, the 1st episode of the 5th season aired. This year’s season is “American Horror Story: Hotel,” which has already made me never want to stay in a hotel ever again.
This year’s season stars Lady GaGa, rather than Jessica Lange, who has been the star in the past 4 seasons. I personally prefer Jessica Lange, having an emotional attachment to her because of her amazing roles prior. Some other cast members are Evan Peters (my personal favorite cast member of all time), Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe, Kathy Bates, Michelle Pfeiffer (that white gold), Wes Bentley (Remember Seneca Crane from the first Hunger Games movie? That’s him), and Max Greenfield to name a few. This cast is HUGE according to IMDb.com.
The set of the show is an actual hotel. Say goodbye to people wanting to stay there. It’s Hotel Cortez in Los Angeles, California. According to Wikipedia, this season is linked with the first season (my favorite season) “American Horror Story: Murder House,” which will be interesting to see how they’re linked together.
