Yes, it’s true. Adele has officially come back into the music industry, better than ever, and is ready to change it. After being gone for 3 years to take care of her child, she has decided to pursue her music career once more. She has been making new music and working on a new album. She just released a new surprise single a few days ago, which has had everyone in a musical craze.
Adele hasn’t made music for a few years, and everyone seemed to have forgotten about her for a time. The last song she released was “Skyfall,” which was the theme song to the 2012 James Bond movie. She reemerged, popping back into everyone’s heads, when she dropped her new single “Hello” out of nowhere. Few people expected this comeback.
The song title is ironic because it’s like she’s coming back, saying “Hello”, and reintroducing herself to the world. The music video for “Hello” was released on YouTube on October 22 and was a huge hit, beating Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” for the most views in 24 hours. Swift’s music video had 20.1 million views the first day while Adele had a soaring 27.7 million views! She’s clearly already making a pretty impressive comeback. Along with this new single, Adele is releasing a new album called “25” on November 20.
Most people believe that it will be a smashing success, waiting with bated breaths for the highly anticipated album. Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, and Rihanna better get ready because an old superstar is making her way to the top again.
