On Friday, May 24th, NY Governor Kathy Hochul visited Williamsville East High to hold a private discussion about social media’s impact on teenagers with ten lucky East students, in addition to holding a small, local press conference.

There are two coaches for the track team this year, Coach Priset and Coach Holme. I had the pleasure of interviewing and getting to know them.

With chorus and band having already performed, the Williamsville East orchestra concert occurred on October 27th at 7 pm in the auditorium, wrapping up the 2022-2023 fall concert season.

The total eclipse in Buffalo was a nation-wide event that people from all over the country were tuned into. The last total solar eclipse in Buffalo occurred in 1925, so this rare event creates a huge buzz of activity in the city. 

After a snowy break and the start of a new year, schools across the country start reopening doors to students. With only six months left to go, there are plenty of things to look forward to (dreadfully or joyfully) in the 2023 school year.
